External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar on Sunday said that it's "no secret" India-China relations are undergoing a "difficult phase". "[This is] mainly because we had agreements with China, going back to the 1990s, which prohibit bringing massive troops into the prohibited areas. They've disregarded that," said Jaishankar.
