New (to me) K31 ID tag

I had heard that if you remove the butt plate on a Swiss K31 You could sometimes find a slip of paper recording information about the Swiss serviceman to whom the rifle was issued. This was a custom practiced there. I removed the butt plate on mine and here is what I found. Note: once recording this, I replaced the paper.
