Fresh Not Frozen- Ox Tails
Oxtails can be cooked so many ways. In this quick clip we have the busy schedule method.
I seasoned the #oxtails the evening before with various seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, a dash of soy sauce and some #wine.
I chop some #bellpepper both green and red, #onion � , #garlic and 2 bay leaves. I add water to level with but not cover the oxtails.
All of ingredients into a roasting pan on 350 degrees setting my timer for 3 hours.
At hour 2nd I take some season flour and boiling water making a paste and mix it In thoroughly not enough to make a heavy weight gravy but enough to slightly thicken the liquid.
By hour 3 they are ready and sliding from the bone with no fork or knife needed.
Served with rice or mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
