Harris County Child Protective Services employee encouraging a teenage girl to become a prostitute. The child’s mother asked CPS for help with the child who has a history of running away from home.

Although CPS has fired the employee and apologized to the family, they chose not to disclose the video to the courts dealing with this case and currently working to dismiss it.
