Russian Defense Ministry claims Ukraine is resorting to chemical warfare against Russia

Several Russian soldiers involved in the military operation in Ukraine have been hospitalized with severe chemical poisoning, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.

If this is Ukraine doing this, then that means Ukraine is violating the Geneva Protocol against the use of chemical and biological weapons.
