Truth be known... I know this is an old song but I’ve only paid attention to the lyrics just more recently.

Don't know about you but seems to me this song is about a guy who thinks he’s about to get laid, but then doesn't (presumedly with a Norwegian girl). When he wakes up in the bathtub the next morning he finds that she's gone. And now he’s left with blue balls.
