This temporary patch will not be as strong as a fully refurbished truss reinforcement, re-decking with structural plywood, and perfecting the moisture barrier laminate design. What this method lacks in permanence, however, it far makes up for in cost and expediency, and should keep the water from funneling through in the upcoming rain season.
