Saints Row 2 (PC) Hitman - Prison: Mitri (Factories District) Guide

Mitri is near the encampment, under the highway of the Factories District for the Hitman activities. You'll need at least two or three 40 oz in your food inventory and to drink them at the map location shown within the video.

This is during my first play-through of the game and figured if I had a hard time finding him after playing for 35 hours on activities, someone else would and should find this useful.
