Saints Row 2 (PC) Hitman - Hotels and Marina: Nick (Marina - Heron Hotel) Guide

The building that Nick is in does not have it's entrance facing the street, but on the sides. It's easy to miss. Go to the location shown on the map in the video and go to the second floor. You'll be ambushed by his gang once you are up there.

This is during my first play-through of the game and figured if I had a hard time finding him after playing for 35 hours on activities, someone else would and should find this useful.

This happened to be my last contract on the all of the lists and that resulted in the unlocks you see. Enjoy the bonus content at the end with the shock paddles.
