Saints Row 2 (PC) Hitman - Barrio: Alvan (Arena - Drive In) Guide

For the Hitman activities, Alvan was a pain to find if you don't know the entire map of Saints Row 2. You'll need at least two 40 oz in your food inventory and to drink them at the abandoned Drive In Theater.

Map location is show in video and where he's actually hiding (on the roof apparently).

This is during my first play-through of the game and figured if I had a hard time finding him after playing for 35 hours on activities, someone else would and should find this useful.
