Legislation demands Cuba extradite U.S. fugitives

Sen. Bob Menendez, a Democrat, and Sen. Marco Rubio, a Republican, introduced a bill that if passed would make it U.S. policy to demand that Cuba extradite fugitives wanted for crimes and terrorist acts in the U.S. The bill specifically names Joanne Chesimard and William Morales, who have been fugitives from justice in separate terrorism cases from the 1970s and are living in Cuba.
