On Demand Water Heater was TOO HOT!! How I fixed it by adjusting the shower valve.

Being off-grid, I chose to go with an on demand water heater. It is powered by propane and works only when I turn the faucet for hot water. It needs at least about 0.8 gallons of water flowing through the lines to initiate. If it drops below 0.5 gallons, I notice it usually shuts off entirely. The hot water needs to be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit on the water heater in order for it to work. The problem I had, was that I would have to turn the shower faucet all the way to the left (the hottest) to get enough water flow so that the water heater would initiate. This also may be because of the RV pump not being able to pump as many gallons per minute or because I do not have enough water pressure. Those were 2 things I am not able to fix at this time. The main problem I had was that the shower water would get way too hot. So, at the suggestion of my neighbor, I adjusted the valve inside my shower handle. This video walks though how I made this adjustment and if it worked or not.
