My good friend Daniel Parra contributed some of his 'land-based' footage of Hurricane IOTA as it struck the shores of the Colombian Islands, San Andres and Providencia. Danny's storm footage of IOTA was featured on international news stations across Colombia, as he was the only one out in the storm actually filming!
