Deconstructing UPB - Part 15 - Final verdict

A complete, deconstructive review of Stefan Molyneux's book on ethics called "Universally Preferable Behaviour: A Rational Proof of Secular Ethics".

This video series of a review of Stefan Molyneux's book on ethics, "Universally Preferable Behaviour - A rational proof of secular ethics", could potentially be seen as a breach of the copyrights noted on page 2 of said book.

I would like to point out though, that the author has, on several occasions, put forth his own point of view about intellectual property (IP), and, most notably, in a post on social media back in 2011 (august 8), in a response to a post from Huffington Post, proclaimed that "IP must die". Additionally in an interview with Joe Rogan the author said : "... everybody who said I'd really like to reuse your stuff ... I'm like .... hey go for it".

So I urge the author to adhere to his own ideals in this regard and let me proceed with the review. Otherwise it can only be seen as hypocrisy and an attempt to silence constructive criticism and inhibit the overwhelming challenge of reaching a perfect moral principle, to make his own attempt look more plausible. Further more, during my membership on the Freedomain discord server, I was told by several of the other members of the community, that one of the ideals implicitly attached to Stefan Molyneux was : "It is total anarchy".

I will appeal to the good will and philosophical ideals of the author and implicitly ask for permission to present the writing in the book in my videos, as a necessary means of presenting an in-depth and complete review of it, in an attempt at reaching a final judgment on whether or not a level of moral insight has been reached to settle the age old idea of morality, that is otherwise near impossible without this liberty.

Defining a perfect moral principle is, in my opinion the highest goal a human being can set itself and I appreciate the attempt the author has made in this regard. But it is also mandatory for me to approach such a work with caution and eventually point out potential flaws in it which then ultimately may point to the conclusion, that the ethics within it, does not work as claimed or intended.

I have no intention of making any money on this review, my goal is purely to give my feedback on the work, and present it to the world, as clearly and philosophically rigid as I can.
