Korean Doenjang Pork Recipe

Ingredients
I prefer romaine lettuce for this but butterhead will do just fine.
1 ½ Lb pork roast
Small bunch of spring onions

Marinade
Doenjang paste 2 Tbsp
4 ½ tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 minced green onion
1 Tbsp Ginger
1 tsp corn starch
1 garlic clove minced
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp milk or cream
salt and pepper to taste

Cut a one and a half pound pork roast into bite sized pieces.
Thoroughly mix the marinade ingredients and add the pork.
Allow to marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
Heat a heavy skillet and add all ingredients into skillet with a little oil. The meat should be well done with a little bit of char on it. When it’s cooked add to serving bowl and set out a plate with washed lettuce leaves and strips of scallion.
