Hi guys! Today's recipe is one of my favorites. This recipe is Blackberry Roll Cake, it's so fluffy and tasty. I recommend you to make it with no hesitation.

White chocolate cream filing:
125g White chocolate
150g Cold heavy cream (a)
150g Cold heavy cream(b)
1 tsp Vanilla extract

The cake batter:
105g Egg yolk
30g Caster sugar(a)
1Tbsp Vanilla extract
85g Flour
200g Egg white
1/2 tsp Tartar powder
75g Caster sugar(b)
60g Vegetable oil
45g Milk

Blackberry filling:
250g Frozen blackberry
2 Tbsp Water
20g Glucose
70 Caster sugar
5g pectin

A massa do bolo:
105g de gema de ovo
30g de açúcar refinado (a)
1 colher de sopa de extrato de baunilha
85g Farinha de trigo
200g de clara de ovo
1/2 colher de chá de cremor de tártaro
75g de açúcar refinado (b)
60g de óleo vegetal
45g de Leite

Recheio de amora:
250g de amora congelada
2 colheres de sopa de água
20g de glicose
70 açúcar mascavo
5g de pectina
