Caster Sugar 35g
1 Tbsp Water
1/8 tsp Citric acid
Blueberry Cream:
Heavy cream(1) 150g
White chocolate 50g
Heavy cream(2) 150g
1/2 tsp of Vanilla
Muffin batter:
Flour 2 Cups(250g)
1tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
2 large eggs (at the room temperature)
Caster sugar 1 Cup (200g)
1/2 tsp Salt
vegetable oil 1/2 Cup
Full fat yogurt 1 Cup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Blueberry 200g
1 tsp of flour

1 Colher de sopa Água
1/8 Colher de chá Ácido cítrico
Creme de mirtilo:
Creme de leite 35% (1) 150g
Chocolate branco 50g
Creme de leite 35% (2) 150g
1/2 colher de chá Extrato de baunilha
Massa de muffin:
Farinha de trigo 2 Xícaras (250g)
1 Colher de chá Fermento químico
1/4 Colher de chá Bicarbonato de sódio
2 Ovos grandes (em temperatura ambiente)
Açúcar refinado 1 Xícara (200g)
1/2 Colher de chá Sal
Óleo vegetal 1/2 Xícara
Iogurte integral 1 xícara
1 colher de chá Extrato de baunilha
Mirtilo 200g
1 Colher de chá farinha de trigo
