A Russian missile hit a residential area of a southern Ukrainian town, Voznesensk, not far from the Pivdennoukrainsk Nuclear Power Plant on Saturday, Ukrainian officials informed. According to officials, 12 civilians, including four children, were wounded in the strike. "It is possible that this missile was aimed specifically at the Pivdennoukrainsk Nuclear Power Plant," Ukraine's Energoatom said.
