Vladimir Putin to allow nuclear inspectors in Russia

Energy experts are warning the shutdown of a Russian-controlled power plant in eastern Ukraine could lead to a nuclear catastrophe sending radioactive material across Europe.

Vladimir Putin has now reportedly agreed to allow nuclear inspectors in following a call with the French President.
