Truth Jihad Radio Aug 19, 2022, with Kevin Barrett and Jim Fetzer

Kevin invited me on to talk about the two motions I had submitted in Dane County Circuit Court objecting to the taking of my blog (jamesfetzer.org) and my book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook: It was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control (2015; 2nd ed., 2016), which I contend was illegal because Wisconsin statutes require that only financial (or monetary) means may be used to satisfy financial (or monetary) judgements, where neither the book nor the blog can possibly produce any money for the Plaintiff to offset the $1.1m judgements against me. The timing turned out to be exquisite, because they (obviously) knew that my name would come up on 28 July 2022 during the Alex Jones trial for damages and wanted to be sure that anyone who wanted to learn what I had to say about Sandy Hook could not access the vast repository about it on my blog, which has been redirected to the briefs in this case. They took my former blog-site the morning of the 28th to insure that could not happen, so I had to create a new blog at jamesHfetzer.org. My motions were denied by the court but I have the option to appeal. There is more to come, where I am confident that my Petition before the US Supreme Court is going to be heard--even though the Judge stated (during the hearing on Wednesday) that the odds against that were 1/1,000,000! At least Kevin finally came clean about his real thoughts about Sandy Hook, which (I must admit) floored me--so you will hear the objections that I put to him on the show. Enjoy!
