LIVE: Austin-Travis County leaders discuss monkeypox in the area

Austin Mayor Steve Adler, Travis County Judge Andy Brown and Dr. Desmar Walkes, Austin-Travis County’s health authority, plan to request resources while also raising awareness and educating the public about monkeypox. A joint emergency order will also be issued.
