1lb hamburger
diced onions and diced peppers
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
crackers
1 egg

sauce for the top 1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
mix and top the burgers when finished
