This Parsley was a small cutting that I replanted in a big pot near this lavender plant.
This is the second harvest in less than a month.
The Bees hang around the lavender all the day long, so aphids and other bugs don't stand a chance.
It's super healthy and it grows like crazy.
I am washing it in the salad spinner.
I am going to spread it a a tray and dry it out under the sun.
In the winter i place the tray by a hot radiator.
It will stay under for about 6 hours a day, for a couple of days.
I am placing a couple of wigs on top to prevent flying off in the wind.
Et voila' 2 days later, it's pretty dry & ready to be stored in one of many recycled jars
