The Raw Deal (19 August 2022) with Rolf Lindgren

Having Holly guest host on Wednesday because I was in court with two motions (for reconsideration and to stay pending SCOTUS reviewing my Petition), I explained that the Court appears to have not found the time to read my petition and expressed surprise when I mentioned Texas, which he would have know had he read it, since I contrast the (grossly improper) Summary Judgment methodology in WI with the (legally proper) Summary Judgment methodology of TX. He gave me a 1/1,000,000 chance of being heard by the Court, but anyone who is familiar with the criteria on the basis of which they select--publicly important cases, legally important cases, conflicts between states, and significant error correcting case--would know that mine ranks high on all of the above. Rolf was stupendous in reviewing the Trump case with regard to the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, where he seems to hold all the cards (from both a legal and from a political point of view). The raid has galvanized support behind him, with some 85% of conservatives reporting it has strengthened their motivation to vote in the midterms, which was not the intent of the FBI.
