How to stay mentally and physically in shape

Staying in shape is really important and not just physically but
mentality .
Many of us have or had membership at the gym but many of us who stopped working , had to give up our routine of working out before or after in our way to work .
On top of that many of us didn't see smart on driving one hour + back and for just to run in a treadmill for 15 minutes .
So here is a little bit of what i personally do for my cardio and endurance .
Just take a big walk or ride my back ( bike specially in summer , walks on winter are my favorite ) and that does 2 important things .
Keep you with your feet on earth while you keeping your physical health in check .
