This is Cotton Rock 'N' Roll for the exA-Arcadia game system, a 30th anniversary celebration of the "cute 'em up" franchise that started in arcades back in the 1990s. The exA version will include content not found on the Sega APM3 (Japanese arcade) and the console releases, although not all of that content/features was present in the version that you see here. Still, this brings another shmup with a name to exA, and this game will be available worldwide on any exA system.
