Two weeks of cold showers part 7 shower 6

This morning felt cold and eventually shivered. 12 hours from when I broke my prolonged half week fast. I was in a rush to get going this morning so was only in there 4 minutes or so. Woke me up a bit and I stayed cool for an hour after the shower.
