The West is involved, they treat Russia of declaring them a terrorist state, then there is a demand from the UN Secretary General to separate NPP from already liberated area by Russian. On the other side Russia demands inspection of the plant and Zelenski who wants to destroy plant with all evidence regardless of the environmental disaster that would result for the all region.
