Liz Cheney the 'new brave hero' of the left

Many Republicans believe Liz Cheney losing the Wyoming primary is "deserved comeuppance" for a woman whose entire career has been trading on the name of her father, Sky News host James Morrow says.

Mr Morrow said Ms Cheney turned "anti-Trump only because he threatened the family business of neoconservative politics and its foreign policy of endless overseas wars".

"Certainly it's ironic that the new brave hero of the left is a woman who once upon a time supported waterboarding prisoners in Iraq," Mr Morrow said.
