Breakthrough cases & the shift in the media narrative

The US & UK media have fully entered the era of "breakthrough cases" to explain the rise in infections & deaths amongst the fully vaccinated (two doses). The term has come up briefly in some news article in Australia, however we have yet to see the mainstream media begin the mass education campaign around "breakthrough cases" in Australia. In the United States this shift in the media narrative coincides with the re-introduction of some restrictions for the fully vaccinated, as discussions pivot towards a third dose requirement to beat the delta variant.
