Here are a few things you will want to know if you are shopping for a new construction house. For instance, did you know that most builders in the Treasure Valley do not charge you less if you do not have a real estate agent representing you? That means they build the real estate agent commission into the asking price but they do not remove that real estate agent commission if you do not have representation!

A lot of people think they can just work with the real estate agent that is representing the builder, but keep in mind that real estate agent has a lot at stake working for the builder… their primary loyalty will be with the builder because they work for them.
