After reducing Umar Patek's sentence, Indonesia will be releasing the man who constructed the bombs that killed over 200 people in 2001. Patek was on the run for over a decade until he was finally caught in Pakistan, so his sentence will end up being 10 years. Indonesia does have the death penalty and often uses it for drug dealers.
