Alan warns that if you are an animal lover, you may not want to listen to this episode. As Alan speaks of an unfortunate event with his family pet, he reflects on his belief that the ego is what draws people to “love” our animals the way most of us do. He chooses to not be emotional with his animals or his friends as his father taught him.
Satan wants us to live in our emotions with shame and fear. God has a purpose for each of us and we need to use our time wisely and not lose sight of His mission.
