Doctor Who - Planet of the Daleks: How the US edit looked

When Doctor Who was distributed in America in the 1980's, the episodes were usually edited together into one story. Sometimes, a few things were changed, such as the truncated version to "Planet of the Daleks".

I've reconstructed the US edit based on memory (after watching the tape at least 20 times...) in order to compare it with the DVD release.
