Dr. John Abramson was a family physician for 22 years and has been on the faculty of Harvard Medical School for 25 years, where he teaches healthcare policy. He also served as a pharmaceutical litigation expert and unpaid consultant for the FBI and the Department of Justice.

Dr. Abramson was involved in a landmark case you may have heard about, one that resulted in Pfizer agreeing to pay $2.3 Billion dollars for making fraudulent claims about their pain medication Bextra. This is the largest criminal fine in the history of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Dr. Abramson is the author of Overdosed America: The Broken Promise of American Medicine and his latest book Sickening: How Big Pharma Broke American Healthcare and How We Can Repair It.

Dr. Abramson has done so much to expose the abuse of the pharmaceutical industry over the years. It takes a lot of courage to stand up to billion-dollar corporations and call out their corrupt behavior.
