Hanging a picture out of reach with a clamp #shorts

I needed something to hang a picture on a high hook where I couldn't use a ladder. Then realized I had *almost* the perfect gadget already. #shorts

This idea made for a very short video and the vertical format worked well for where I filmed it, so might as well try out these dreadful shorts!
