1840 Original Water Park Ride Frontier Town NY #shorts

I would like to think that a bunch of boys in 1840 found a fallen tree over a creek. they decide to mount a broken chair to the end. with one seated boy holding on to the chair, the others repeated dunking the seated boy till he let go of the chair.
Unfortunately, the above is just a thought. The video is actually from the defunct Frontier Town theme park in New York State. I
