Following an Alleged Hit-and-Run Driver

Info from Licensor: "While driving in California, my family was involved in a hit-and-run. My brother, my mother, and I went to California for my grandmother's funeral. We rented a car and were driving to our hotel in San Diego when a car went to pass us and sideswiped our car on the driver's side. He refused to stop and that’s when I started recording. I had the idea to capture his face and while doing so he smashed into a disabled car parked on the shoulder.
CHP responded, but the gentleman was never sited. The gentlemen stated he did not hit our car. CHP informed us that he had also hit another car before side-swiping us. Thank God no one was hurt. My brother was driving. I was recording with my phone and my mother was sitting in the back seat on the phone with 911."
