Derrick Hamilton Spent Over 20 Years in Jail Over False Murder Conviction

Can you believe this? It is disgraceful and the fact that so many people are wrongfully convicted so often and thousands of innocent people are behind bars is sickening. In the US alone there is an estimated 5% of innocent people in prison, meaning that roughly 1/20 cases result in a wrongful conviction. That is absurd and quite frankly I do no think enough is being done to change this. Let me know your thoughts down there!
