BCF 339: Investing in Out of State Real Estate with Sean Pan
If you don’t challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone and try new things, you’re going to have a hard time building success. The same thing goes for real estate investors. Getting out of your zip code is one thing to consider in order to find potential deals. Of course, it takes a great deal of time to build relationships, but in the long run, it is totally worth it. The key is to leverage the right tools and financing options to build that cash flow. Today’s guest knows all about these principles. Sean Pan has managed to do this exact same thing, looking beyond his home state of Texas, and acquiring properties in more reasonably priced states like Florida and Georgia.
Before he could start, Sean had to make a decision to quit his job as an engineer and learn the real estate game. It took some time, but he started investing. Today, Sean invests in single family deals out of state and also originates hard money loans. He’s also the host of the We Love Real Estate investing show where he interviews the pros to understand best practices that can help investors like you succeed.
