The 1st company of the 69th separate rifle battalion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces complained of not having enough ammunition against the Russian Troops.

This was conveyed through a video uploaded to the Telegram account, Wednesday (18/8/2022).

In the video, a first company Commander Vadim Goncharenko is removed from his post for failing to comply with incompetent orders from the leadership.

He also asked to be heard complaining in the video.

Goncharenko admits the defeat that occurred to his troops due to inadequate weaponry.

Even the Donetsk Army has begun to take control of the territory.

He revealed that the Ukrainian battalion was in a position without any ammunition.

Goncharenko himself said that his soldiers lacked boycott-worthy weapons, units had no communications, commanders had no maps.

All communication is done by mobile phone. The soldiers believed they were sent as cannon fodder.

Goncharenko asked for maps, communications and weapons. And it would be better if he surrendered - he would save the lives of his soldiers.

This has increasingly opened up space for Russian troops and their right wing to control Ukrainian territory.
