Day 192 of Let's Read the Bible - Joshua 5, Proverbs 14, Joel 1

Today we read about the Israelites being circumcised again because all of the previous men had died off in the wilderness and God wanted them to set themselves apart again. The proverbs are about the rewards for the righteous and wise while the evil and foolish are punished. Joel begins his book with a recalling of locusts coming and eating everything. He tells the priests and elders to mourn and weep before God.
