Well apparently even access media reporters get it right every once in a while. When the show runner for Amazon's new Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power adaptation, Patrick McKay, heard that a reporter said that Rings of Power was "loosely adapted" on J.J.R Tolkien's work he responded.
