The four steps to getting started in real estate investing

Here are my four steps to getting started in real estate investing. Number one stop watching the news! And by news I mean mainstream media, Fox, CNN, NBC, CNBC, all those major networks are designed to create fear. Number two net work and be around like-minded people start developing your team. Number three educate yourself through reading, listening to audiobooks, and watching videos concerning the subject matter you choose to study. Investing in real estate. Number for take action and make offers. Make ridiculous stupid lowball offers and do that a lot until you finally get one. Figure out why they’re rejecting your offers figure out what is going on in the marketplace and then figure out how to better evaluate and how to better structure your offers so that more get excepted. Understand, you should be rejected eight or nine times out of 10.
