Documenting workouts getting back in shape doing the Dumbbell Bench Press 3 set's of 20 reps on the Flat Bench with 80lb dumbbells then a set of 25 reps with 70lb dumbbells on the Incline Bench, the weights felt heavier as I did the dumbbell Shoulder Presses the day before which is the video at the end of this workout, but still progress in terms of sets and reps!
