4 cup Penne pasta
8 cup water
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp Refined oil
2 Tbsp Butter
4-5 garlic
1 medium sized onion
1 capsicum
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
2 Tsp black pepper powder
2 Tbsp refined flour
1 cup milk
1 Tsp chili flakes
1 Tsp oregano
1 cube of cheese (grated)
