08.16.22 - TwoSistas - TriumphTuesday and it's our 500th EPISODE!!

TwoSistas and it’s TriumphTuesday @ Night on August 16, 2022 and this is a very significant episode! We celebrate the 500th Episode!! That’s a lot of “Cassella Sistas’ Chit Chat”!! A very brief history of the TwoSistas podcast (we are in the process of preparing our 500th Special Blog and will update once we publish it on our website):

May 1, 2020 - Janis to Carroll-Sue - we should start a podcast!
May 4, 2020 was our very first episode - “May the 4th Be With You”
May 20, 2020 we welcomed our first guest, Kelley Tyan.
May 22, 2020 we started a new segment, HomeTown Heroes and our guest was our grand niece, Kaleigh Goodwin.
July 24, 2020 - our first night time podcast.
January 22, 2021 - our first guest in 2021, Stacie Boyar.
January 5, 2022 - our first guest in 2022, Mary Jenkins.

There were a lot of laughs, some tears, differences of opinion (which we always respect) and through it all, we have met so many amazing guests from around the world! We often chatted about sensitive subjects such as politics (well, it does come up in conversation a lot!)

We shared our personal lives, raw, authentic and real. Our Dad was able to see us in action as we broadcasted live and we shared with our audience the pain we felt when our Dad passed away. We took breaks from time-to-time and came back always with more to share, always with intent and purpose, always with sharing what we are passionate about - wellness through fitness and nutrition!

Who knows what the next “500” will bring but we do know this: it will be flippin awesome!
