The Outfit (Xbox 360) Gameplay

The Outfit is a really fun mixture of third person domination shooter, and strategy game mixed into one. As you kill enemies, you gain points you can then spend on things like more troops, heavy armor, and turrets to be dropped into the battlefield as-needed. It's a very unique concept that mainstream gamers/journalists didn't quite get. Honestly, I've never played super far into the game, but every time I boot it up, I enjoy myself.

I would say this game was misunderstood in it's day, but will probably be more appreciated in today's gaming climate. It's a unique blending of genres, and it's fun. Give it a shot if this kind of game interests you, or even if it doesn't normally interest you. I can't think of any other games that play like it off the top of my head. Fun game, unique concept, give it a look.
