Intuitive somatic movement combined with organic sounding, conscious listening, EFT tapping, affirmations and vocal toning/mantra.

Techniques and exercises for body/voice connection and vocal strengthening, expansion and empowerment.

2 month program including:

Four 75 minute one-on-one sessions via Zoom

Sensitive mentoring to support and guide you in your practice.

Learn to use your voice and body to release and heal.
