Here is a brief description and link to a copy of the Writ of Mandamus filed by Gail Golec, Candidate for Maricopa County Board of Supervisor, in Maricopa County as it relates the FISMA Risk Assessment Violations in Arizona's Elections as well as other anomalies in Our Elections Systems.
Please note, I misspoke in the video in regards to the overvote counts. Pursuant to the data recieved, the Board of Supervisors race had 3800 over votes compared to the next highest total of 366. There is something wrong here that needs to be investigated.

Article 7.7 of the AZ State Constitution declares: "Section 7. In all elections held by the people in this state, the person, or persons, receiving the highest number of legal votes shall be declared elected."

Based upon the ability for the manipulation and exploitation of the software in the machines, we may never know what votes were legal without a paper ballot audit.

Here is the Link to the Writ of Mandamus for your review.
